Looking for an opportunity to establish a career? A career with growth opportunity’s? King Surveyors is looking for an Entry Level Survey Position. You will learn various types of surveying while enjoying the ability to work outside.
- No experience needed, on the job training.
- Learn to understand the construction of subdivisions and commercial properties.
- Learn to establish property lines and identify boundary issues.
- Must be physically able to dig up existing property corners, able to use a hammer to pound stakes and rebar into the ground.
- Know, understand and demonstrate safe working/operating methods of assigned tools and equipment.
- Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Work days are normally 9-10 hours.
- Background check required.
- Must be drug free.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Salary Range: $18 - $23, plus overtime pay.
- Health Care: King Surveyors pays 60% of employee's monthly premium
- Education / Professional Development: Up to $5,000 reimbursed per calendar year for approved coursework.
- PTO after 30 days. Accrual rates are based on years of employment.
- Paid Holidays: 7 per year
- 401K / 401K Roth plan: Match up to 4%
- Flexible Benefit Account: King Surveyors gives each employee $500 annually towards medical expenses not covered by insurance (co-pays, dental, vision, etc)
